New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, you can subscribe to Pause Pro for $10.99/year to continue using all premium features.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Pause > Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Open Pause on your new device, sign in with the same account, then go to Profile and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically.
No. When you record a voice entry, the audio is sent to our transcription service, converted to text in real time, and immediately discarded. We do not store, log, or retain any audio recordings.
Unfortunately, because all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app permanently removes your journal entries. We recommend exporting your journal as a PDF before removing the app.
