How do I save a recipe from Instagram?

Open any food reel on Instagram, tap the Share button, then select Instameals from the share sheet. Our AI will automatically extract the full recipe with ingredients, steps, and nutrition info.

I don't see Instameals in my share sheet. What do I do?

Scroll to the end of the app row in the share sheet and tap "More." Find Instameals in the list and make sure it's enabled. You may need to tap "Edit" to add it to your favorites.

How does the meal plan work?

Once you've saved a few recipes, Instameals automatically generates a daily meal plan with breakfast, lunch, and dinner from your collection. You can swipe any meal card to shuffle it for a different dish.

Can I customize my meal plan?

Yes! Go to your Profile tab and find "Customize Your Meal Plan." You can enter dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals — our AI takes these into account when generating your plans.

How accurate is the nutrition information?

Nutrition values (calories, protein, carbs, fat) are AI-estimated based on the ingredients detected in the reel. They're useful for general guidance but may not be 100% precise. Always consult a healthcare professional for specific dietary needs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → find Instameals → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Instameals → go to the Profile tab → tap "Upgrade to Premium" → on the subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all saved recipes. This action cannot be undone.

What video platforms are supported?

Currently, Instameals supports Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts/videos. Support for more platforms is coming soon.
