Welcome to Instameals. By using the Instameals mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Instameals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Instameals is a mobile application that allows you to save food recipes from Instagram Reels and YouTube videos. The app uses AI to extract ingredients, nutritional information, and cooking steps from shared video links, and generates personalized daily meal plans.
You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use Instameals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Instameals offers a free trial period of 7 days. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using premium features:
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to Instameals, including recipes you save and dietary preferences you set. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the service.

Instameals uses artificial intelligence to extract recipe information and estimate nutritional values. These estimates are provided for informational purposes only and may not be 100% accurate. Do not rely solely on Instameals for dietary or medical decisions. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary advice.
Instameals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional estimates, recipe extractions, or meal plan recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instameals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app.
