Welcome to Love Doodle ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Love Doodle is a mobile application that allows paired users to draw and send doodles to each other. The App includes a free 7-day trial followed by a one-time lifetime purchase for continued access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
You retain ownership of the doodles you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your doodles solely for the purpose of delivering them to your paired partner. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The App offers a one-time lifetime purchase ("Love Doodle Pro") processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are handled by the respective platform and are subject to their terms. Prices are displayed in your local currency.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a one-time purchase is required for continued access.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data (including doodles, pairings, and account information) will be permanently removed.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
